Went to Mediterrania at 3870 Baymeadows.
I had lamb, my dining companion had some sampler plate. I also had a glass of house merlot, and for dessert, we split the best tiramisu I have had since Greenwhich Village.
The service was exemplary, even with a large event gooing on in the function room.
The patrons were mostly upscale, and we didn't have to wait for a table very long (20 min) even without a reservation. Maybe they don't take reservations, anyhow, I don't know.
And the maitre d'hotel was very handsome. Or the manager, or owner, or co owner, or whomever it was taking names, I don't know who he was. I will have to go back and find out. :) (and I don't mean the old guy) :)
I am sure it isn't just the ouzo typing, either.
on a side note, there was this silver haired old guy with a very hip looking younger woman. long flowing blonde/streaked hair, louis vuitton bag, tight black jeans, very much younger, I might add. can you say sugar daddy? I dunno. freaky. they both sat on the same side of their booth and I could see the guy's hand on her thigh. they were seated facing me. kind of creeped me out. it is just so wrong, you know?
